When he was losing his balance, he grabbed ahold of GM Brett R. Instead of being understanding, my relative was told by GM 'Stop touching me sir' very sarcastically. Very sad. I have been there since and seen the GM. No smile, no going around to see how your meal is - nothing. I would hate to work for person like that. If he treats customers, how does he treat his staff? If not for him, restaurant would be 5 stars.February 16, 2017
