Everything she creates is delicious but her cakes are amazing. I'm not a huge cake person but I make an exception for Karen's as they're a step above the rest. We had her make our wedding cake and bring it up to Appleton because I would not have anyone else do it! I can't wait for my pumpkin anniversary cake topper (made fresh, not stuck in the freezer!)February 07, 2017
